ADNOC Offshore has recognized Applus+ Technical Services LLC for outstanding Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in its ongoing in-line inspection (ILI) of unpiggable pipelines. Twelve Applus+ personnel received Certificates of Appreciation for their contributions to project execution and HSE compliance across multiple ADNOC Offshore sites, including Upper Zakum, Lower Zakum, and Umm Shaif fields.
Despite challenging conditions, the Applus+ ILI team maintained strict adherence to ADNOC Offshore’s safety regulations, actively participating in HSE initiatives, toolbox talks, and safety observation reports. Their proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation has reinforced a strong safety culture while ensuring pipeline integrity.
The team also achieved a record of Zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI) throughout the project, successfully completing 90,000 manhours in 2024 while safeguarding ADNOC Offshore’s assets and preventing potential hazards through stringent safety protocols.
A key highlight of their performance was a rapid response at an ADNOC Offshore site, where the Applus+ ILI team swiftly rectified an issue, preventing significant production losses. Their efficiency and technical expertise earned high praise, reflected in multiple appreciation emails from ADNOC Offshore’s operational teams.
During a visit to the Applus+ Abu Dhabi office, representatives from ADNOC Offshore’s Subsea Integrity Department presented the Certificates of Appreciation, underscoring Applus+’s continued collaboration in enhancing operational safety and pipeline integrity.
