Applus+ Celebrates Annual Safety Day

    On 12 October 2017, Applus+ celebrated the annual Safety Day for the 6th year in a row.
    Safety Day is an international event and personnel from all divisions of Applus+ around the world participated and shared their thoughts and knowledge to make the day a success. In Australia, the Safety Day was held at all Applus+ offices and a number of site locations where people are permanently based. 
     
    The theme for Safety Day 2017 was “Make Time for Safety” and the aim was to reinforce good health and safety practice and emphasise that a few moments spent considering a job and ensuring that all hazards are identified, assessed and controlled can make a lifetime of difference by preventing accidents and injuries from occurring.
     
    Safety Day is another way to remind us that we all have a role to play in ensuring that each off us work safely and that we all go home each day as safe as when we arrived in the morning.  So whatever you do, whether at work or elsewhere, make sure that you Make Time for Safety.
