Our UAV department at Applus+ in Australia has recently upgraded its fleet of aircraft, with several additional Matrice 300 RTK flight systems.
The Matrice 300 RTK is DJI’s latest commercial drone platform offering up to 55 minutes of flight time, advanced AI Capabilities and six directional sensing and positioning. Ensuring our UAV team has the latest flight systems allows our pilots to fly safer, inspect quicker, and provide greater efficiency and accuracy in data capture. Complementing the Matrice 300 is the Zenmuse P1 Camera. The P1 is a 45 Megapixel full-frame stabilised camera designed for photogrammetry flight. This integrated combination allows the position and orientation of the camera to be known at centimetre level precision.
We have also procured the Zenmuse H20T thermal imaging camera, enhancing our capability to service the renewables sector.
