Emergency Response: Improving Emergency Management for a Major Client in the Energy Sector Through Digital Transformation

The client faced difficulties in emergency management due to high response times, a lack of standardization in operational processes, and deficiencies in coordination between teams. These problems impacted efficiency and compliance with contractual KPIs.

Digital technologies were applied for HSE inspections and Planned Task Observation (PTO), a technique in occupational health and safety management that analyzes and evaluates workers' activities in their work environment to identify potential risks and unsafe conditions. This prevents accidents and promotes a safer work environment. This facilitated KPI monitoring and improved decision-making. Additionally, operational processes were standardized, and supervisors were trained to optimize coordination with field staff. 

The solution, implemented in six months, ensured efficient control, better internal coordination, and more effective emergency management. The digitalization of key processes facilitated monitoring and performance tracking, enabling faster, safer, and more accurate decisions.
