Solar Engineering services for Guillena 230MW and Caparacena 150MW photovoltaic projects

    Enertis Applus+ solar engineering team is providing owner's engineering services to Eni Plenitude for two solar PV plants in Andalusia, Spain – the Guillena solar power plant (230 MW) and the Caparacena solar plant (150 MW).

    The objective of these PV engineering services is to protect the interests of the project owner by ensuring that the parks are designed, constructed, and operated to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

    We are providing Project Management Services (PMS) and PV engineers to support the owner in the management of the executive phase of two photovoltaic projects until commissioning and compliance tests.

    To this end, Enertis Applus+ is providing the Italian Corporation ENI Plenitude with a complete multidisciplinary team of on-site professionals together with a back-office team made up of electrical, mechanical, and civil engineers, health and safety technicians, archaeologists, as well as environmental, cost control, document controller, contract administrator and permitting experts.

    Enertis Applus+'s highly specialized and multidisciplinary teams of solar engineers have extensive expertise in providing owner's engineering services for solar projects in more than 60 countries. Our PV engineers are providing support during the pre-construction, development, construction, and commissioning phases of the solar plants in the following areas: 

    • Review of the detailed engineering design prepared by the EPC company to ensure that it complies with the requirements of the EPC contract, as well as industry best practices
    • Supervise the construction works and commissioning of the projects, ensuring that the EPC company complies with the required technical specifications, quality standards, and agreed schedule.
    • Assist the owner in obtaining the permits associated with the projects.
    • Project cost monitoring considering the multiple contracts involved.
