At Applus+, our goal is to develop internal talent by prioritising our staff’s professional development and growth. One of the highlights of our talent development initiatives is the Global Management Development Programme (GMDP), designed exclusively for Applus+ in collaboration with one of the most prestigious international business schools, IE Business School. Each year, 30 employees from different countries are chosen to participate in this programme, with the goal of enhancing their skill sets, encouraging innovation and promoting a global learning culture.
The mix of classroom lectures by IE Business School and by the Applus+ management team keeps the experience very interesting.
