The newly signed contract will be valid for one year and will assist our customer to fulfill projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Participation in the project allows Applus+ to enhance its position in the energy transition in Italy by supporting a business player focused on power & grid infrastructures, including the operation of natural gas-fired thermal power plants.
The primary scope of this collaboration concerns Vendor Surveillance, one of the Applus+ core-business services. This entails conducting inspections and expediting activities at the vendor's premises to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules and technical specifications. Moreover, Applus+ will contribute with its expertise in environmental solutions -encompassing water management and the effective handling of liquid and solid waste- as well as emerging new energy solutions.
