Applus+ in Spain awarded a 4-year contract extension with Repsol for static reliability services

    The Energy and Industry Division has been awarded a contract by Repsol to provide static reliability services in three industrial sites located in the Spanish cities of Bilbao, Cartagena, and Puertollano.

    This award means the 4-year extension of an already existing contract that will last until January 2025.

    The contract includes inspection and non-destructive testing (NDT) activities in the course of normal operations as well as during shutdowns. It also contemplates the performance of advanced NDT, such as PAUT, ToFD, HTHA, CR, DR, EMAT, EC, RFT, PSEC, IRIS, MFL, INCOTEST, Guided Wave UT, and RPAS-Drones.

    Our highly specialised professionals and our great technological capacity, together with our Mechanical Unit’s long-standing experience and expertise in NDT, have been decisive in winning this contract.
