From 27th to 29th November, Applus+ will be in attendance at Expoenergea 2024, which is being held at the Feria Badajoz Conference Centre (IFEBA). This important event, organised by the Extremadura Energy Cluster and the Extremadura Energy Agency (Agenex), is the leading forum for renewable energy in the region and a perfect occasion to promote public/private collaboration, innovation and sustainable investment in the energy sector.
Expoenergea 2024 will welcome over 60 exhibitors and offers an extensive programme of technical conferences and activities related to the energy transition, circular economy, electric transport, biofuels and energy storage. On 28th November at 5.30 pm, Javier García Rubio, the head of renewable projects for the south of Spain, will represent our company at a round table dedicated to energy storage, where he will discuss the opportunities and challenges in this key area for sustainability in the sector. Javier García is a specialist industrial engineer with several master’s degrees in renewable energy, sustainability, energy efficiency and management of energy facilities, as well as over 20 years of professional experience. This extensive background makes him highly qualified in this area.
