Novotec, an Applus+ Group company, participates in the improvement of Ouigo's management system

Over the years, Novotec has conducted periodic audits of Ouigo's railway safety management, maintenance, and service quality systems. These audits have been crucial in identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, enabling Ouigo to strengthen its operations and meet the highest safety and quality standards.

In the past year, the collaboration between Novotec and Ouigo has been complemented by diagnostics and evaluations to improve the effectiveness of the management system.

We performed a service quality diagnosis and we proposed an action plan based on applicable legislation and reference standards such as EN13816, UNE93200, ISO10002, or ISO18295-1. These standards define service quality, objectives, and measurements necessary to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Regarding railway safety, an independent evaluation was conducted on the implementation of the safety culture through interviews with senior management and middle managers, as well as questionnaires to numerous workers.

Additionally, Novotec collaborates to improve the documentation of Ouigo's Railway Safety Management System, to renew its Safety Certificate.
