To continue promoting our commitment to equality, cultural diversity, social inclusion and human rights, Applus+ has renewed its membership to the European Commission Diversity Charter. This initiative was launched by the European Institute of Diversity Management and the Alares Foundation with the support of the Spanish Ministry of Equality.
The Diversity Charter is a letter/code that companies and institutions sign, on a voluntary basis, to promote diversity within their organisations. By signing this Charter, Applus+ commits to comply with 10 basic principles that aim to promote inclusion and work-life balance, build a diverse work-force and spread and communicate our equality and non-discrimination commitment to employees, suppliers, administrations and other social agents.
With this action, Applus+ wants to keep promoting inclusive work environments and strengthening its social contribution.
