Applus+ Launches Three Initiatives to Accelerate its Digital Transformation

We began five years ago with our Digital Transformation Project. Now the Group is accelerating this process with the launch of three initiatives to empower operations and enhance customer service and operational efficiency:

Data Governance Framework: it will structure the data generated by Applus+, offering greater insights and added value to customers.

Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence: by harnessing the power of AI, Applus+ aims to revolutionise its operations and customer service, fostering synergies across its divisions.

Digital Community: established in 2020, this serves as a connector for Applus+ experts to generate and share technological knowledge. Our current goal is to extend its reach to all divisions and regions of the Group and bring together experts in different technologies.

These initiatives are steered by the Committee for Digital Transformation, a team drawn from every corner of Applus+, at all levels. This committee is the central force behind our digitalisation efforts, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.

The vision is clear: to develop new services, enhance existing ones, boost operational efficiency and solidify our competitive edge and market position.
