In the past year, the Coronavirus pandemic forced an acceleration of digitalisation in all aspects of life, including businesses. All companies had to adapt their processes to become more digital while maintaining productivity and operations.
Applus+ has demonstrated its capability to adapt, transform and perform the necessary changes thanks to a digitalisation process that began years ago and has never stopped, driven by our passion for improvement. This success has recently been recognised by two external organisations.
Applus+ has been selected as one of the three finalists at the ABB Ability Digital Awards in the category Large Enterprise. These awards recognise companies that are carrying out digital transformation of their processes or management systems. Applus+ has been chosen as one of the best companies in Spain for the “Implementation of RPA (Robot Process Automation) in HR processes”. Our project consists in robots that perform easy and repetitive tasks previously done by humans, enabling the HR employees to use their time to perform higher value tasks for the company.
The Applus+ internal and external digital communications received four AVA Digital Awards. This is a US-based international competition that recognises the best companies in the field of digital management of Marketing and Communication at the global level. Applus+ has obtained two Platinum Awards and two Gold Awards for different practices in this area.
