International Women´s Day is a global initiative to highlight women’s rights. This year’s campaign theme is “choose to challenge”, and Applus+ wants to take this opportunity to help raise social awareness on women's achievements and the challenges they face regarding inclusion and equality in the work environment.
Applus+ works actively towards equality, ethics and respect in the workplace. Throughout our history, we always encouraged women to participate at all levels. Our passion for improvement drives us to continue working and improving to achieve an equal future. We are drivers of change, generating a social conscience that prioritises professional abilities and skills to access any role, promoting competitiveness and sustainability.
Inspired by this year´s challenge theme, we have created a video with the testimonials of some of our colleagues, 5 inspiring women from 5 different countries and contexts: Spain, USA, Costa Rica, China and Qatar, an excellent representation of our equal and diverse workforce.
