Applus+ Shareholders General Meeting 2023

Joan Amigó highlighted the enhanced returns to shareholders, explained that the first quarter of 2023 has been good for the Group and that Applus+ is fully on track to meet all strategic goals for the end of 2024.

During the meeting, all the items proposed by the Board of Directors were approved. Among them, the re-election of Joan Amigó, María José Esteruelas and Essimari Kairisto, the annual accounts and the non-financial information statement, along with the reduction of share capital through the amortisation of shares existing in treasury stock, representing 5% of the share capital.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank the shareholders for their continued support to the management of the company, with a high quorum and votes in favour of proposals exceeding 96%. Our relationship with shareholders is a fundamental aspect of our corporate culture, based on active collaboration on issues related to the Group's strategy, leadership and good governance. This commitment is based on our Policy for communication of financial, non-financial and corporate information, and communication with shareholders, institutional investors and proxy advisors. A key objective of the policy is to maintain a constant and constructive dialogue with the community of investors.
