Applus+, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification, has announced the acquisition of Keystone Compliance, a renowned testing company based in the United States. This move reinforces our commitment to the North American market by expanding our local testing capabilities and providing end-to-end testing and certification services for manufacturers across a wide range of sectors.
Founded in 2007, Keystone Compliance operates state-of-the-art laboratories in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and Durham, North Carolina. The company specialises in EMC/EMI, environmental, and packaging testing. The expertise of Keystone Compliance spans across various industries, including electronics, medical devices, aerospace and defense, and energy sectors. In 2023, the company reported revenue of €8M.
This acquisition significantly enhances the service offering of Applus+ Laboratories. This division is now better equipped to support manufacturers in meeting product safety and reliability requirements for both North American and European markets.
