AsPeCSS project awarded in FISITA 2014

Last week the FISITA 2014 World Automotive Congress was held in Maastricht where IDIADA presented 6 papers and participated as an exhibitor.

We congratulate Mónica Pla from the IDIADA Innovation Department, who received the award for the best paper for her presentation on the AsPeCSS project. The objective of this project is the development of agreed procedures for the evaluation and testing of integrated safety systems for pedestrian protection. The AsPeCSS project is an initiative of the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union carried out by a consortium of companies led by IDIADA and comprising AUTOLIV, BASt, BMW, BOSCH, PSA, Toyota, TRW, TNO, IKA, Humanetics, TRL and Uniresearch.
