Applus+ in Indonesia celebrated Indonesian 77th Independence Day on August 16th, 2022 as part of the commitment in diversity, equality and inclusion.
We celebrate this day by doing severals activities, such as Proclamation Ceremony, followed by singing the national anthem of Indonesia (Indonesia Raya). After the ceremony, we held a fashion show in respect to our diverse culture. Our employees are wearing national attire and traditional accessories. The celebration is closed by having some games to enliven the independence day spirit.
Independence Day is a day to be grateful, and also become one of the days to bring people together. Teams rallied and played against each other, coming up with strategies to gain victory against other teams. It was never a dull moment as cheers and laughter were heard throughout the day. Through the exciting games and activities, new friendships were forged, uniting people regardless of departments and functions.
