We're proud to announce the successful appointment of five female inspector trainees for the Aramco Ithra project. This achievement marks a positive stride toward our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
Two years ago, we embarked on this journey by enrolling these exceptional individuals in the LNA Institute for comprehensive training. They graduated in late 2022 and recently deployed for on-the-job training at Aramco Ithra Project, where they can put what they learned academically into practice and develop their careers toward becoming Quality Control Inspectors.
Our Country Manager, Hazem Zein, highlights the tangible benefits of this decision: "Having witnessed firsthand the positive impact of hiring female employees, I firmly believe in the value they bring. Women contribute a distinctive skill set and collaborative approach, enriching our workplace with inclusivity.
