Implementing a Quality Management System has been shown to motivate staff and improve efficiency and productivity, which ultimately produces cost savings. Product or service deficiencies are highlighted and system and control improvements can be developed, resulting in less waste, lower levels of rejected work and fewer customer complaints.
We are accredited by the Emirates International Accreditation Center (EIAC, former Dubai Accreditation Department-DAC) and the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) in accordance with international guidelines for certification body accreditation by the International Accreditation Forum. An external audit should be carried out by an independent party such as Applus+ Velosi. We are accredited by the DAC(EIAC) and JAS-ANZ in accordance with international guidelines for certification body accreditation by the International Accreditation Forum.
Applus+ Velosi will initially carry out a review of all the quality manuals and procedures, including an evaluation of the written quality system to ascertain if targets set are measurable and achievable. This review is followed by an on-site audit of the system to ensure that working practices follow the procedures and stated objectives and that appropriate records are kept. After a successful audit, a registration certificate will be issued.
