INTRODUCTION
Applus+ has a comprehensive Inspection Service department approved by DTI and CE, amongst others, to carry out both on/offshore statutory inspection surveys on Lifting (LEEA) , safety (PPE), fire, PAT and PSSR equipment - these inspections are carried out in accordance with specific manufacturers’ guidelines and in conjunction with the LOLER SI 2307/1998, PUWER SI2306 and PSSR regulations.

This service provides our customers with the basis for their health and safety assurance, since it ensures that all equipment used by their employees, or by 3rd parties, has received the necessary level of inspection.
 
All equipment inspected by our team of highly qualified engineers is entered into a state-of-the-art Certification Management System, detailing the equipment’s identification number, description, safe working load, test certificate number and details of previous inspections.
 
KEY CUSTOMER BENEFITS
Once inspected all equipment along with any supplied Technical Data is then entered into our Certification Management System which allows you to view and print certificates as and when required. It also has the ability to send an e-mail alert when the equipment is nearing its re-certification date.
 
We will eliminate any scaffold access costs for these inspections by utilizing our IRATA qualified rope access technicians and level 3 supervisors.
